Demand registration — Provides that the equity held by preferred equity investors will receive registration with newly issued public shares at the time of an Initial Public Offering. Piggyback rights — At any time that the Company registers any of its shares for sale, the Company shall also register the shares covered by such provision. Pertains to equity and real estate investments.
