Allows EB-5 Green Card applicants, with a current valid visa, to remain in the U.S. and obtain and Employment Authorization Document (EAD) while waiting for EB-5 visa approval. This applies to applicants who do not currently have an approved immigrant petition. They must check the eligibility requirements for their Green Card category to see if they can file the petition and the Form I‑485 together at the same time (this is known as concurrent filing).
