Form ADV

A standard form used by investment advisors to register with the SEC and state securities authorities. It’s primary purpose is to serve as a registration document and disclosure document to ensure that advisors are legally authorized to provide investment advice and to provide transparency to the public. The form is available to the public on the SEC’s Investment Advisor Public Disclosure website.
