2022 Act: Passed by Congress in March 2022, the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 reauthorized the Regional Center Program, having expired 9 months before, and implemented a number of changes and requirements for investors and regional centers. The 2022 Act set new requirements: minimum investments of $1,050,000, or $800,000 in a TEA or infrastructure project (see “TEA”). Relates to the EB-5 program.
