Documents used to introduce a private investment. They can include the Private Placement Memorandum and/or Offering Memorandum, a legal document that underscores the objectives, risks and terms of the investment and often includes the company’s financial statements, management biographies, information regarding the company’s operations and more. During the time that the offering is available, offering materials can include statements made by the company.
